3 medium-sized sweet potatoes (peeled and diced into cubes)

Instructions:
Preparation of Sweet Potatoes
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Set aside in a bowl of water to prevent discoloration.
Tempering the Spices
