Ingredients:

Instructions:

Prepare Lemon Juice:

contents bullet arrow iconSqueeze the lemons to get 1 cup of juice. Strain to the remove seeds and excess pulp.

Infuse Mint and Ginger:

contents bullet arrow icon In a saucepan, add 1 cup of water, grated ginger, and mint leaves. Bring it to a simmer and then turn off the heat. Let it a steep for about 20 minutes.

Make Sweetener Syrup:

contents bullet arrow icon In another saucepan, combine honey or sugar with 1 cup of water. Heat gently, stirring until the sweetener dissolves completely. Remove from a heat and let it cool.

Combine Ingredients:

Dilute with Water:
