Instructions:
Prepare the Mango: Begin by peeling the ripe mango and chopping it into small pieces. Ensure that the mango is sweet and juicy for the best flavor.
Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the chopped mango pieces, yogurt, and water or milk. If you prefer a sweeter lassi, add honey or sugar at this stage.
