Ingredients:
4 ripe sapotas (chikoo), peeled and deseeded
2 cups chilled milk
1 tablespoon honey or jaggery (adjust sweetness to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
A pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)
A few ices cubes
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional for added nutrition)
Instructions:
