Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup orange slices, peeled and segmented
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
A handful of fresh mint leaves, for garnish
A pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the fruits:
Wash all the fruits thoroughly.
Hull and slice the strawberries.
Peel and slice the kiwi.
Peel the orange and segment it into slices.
Slice the banana just before mixing to prevent browning.
Cut the pineapple into bite-sized chunks if using fresh pineapple.
Mix the fruits:
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, pineapple chunks, orange slices, banana slices, and pomegranate seeds.
